Brand Culture, an award-winning creative agency specialising in entertainment-led campaigns, is looking for a business development and marketing executive to help provide essential support to our Business Development & Partnerships Director as we look to build on our enviable roster of blue-chip international clients. Reporting into the BD&PD and working closely with both him and the agency’s MD, you’ll help implement the agency’s business development and marketing strategy to deliver new revenue and growth. You’ll have already spent around two years working in an agency business development or marketing support role and be looking to take your next step with a passionate, award-winning and growing team where you can really help make a difference – and make a name for yourself.

About the role 

  • Supporting the BD&PD in responding to Pitches, RFIs, RFPs and inbound new business requests
  • Co-ordinating and helping deliver marketing materials including, but not limited to, case studies, credentials, thought pieces and white papers
  • Raising agency profile through involvement in a range of marketing initiatives including:
    • Assisting in the planning/development of agency-owned and third-party events and attending relevant marketing industry and networking events
    • Managing Social Media platforms, content strategy and development
  • Supporting the BD&PD in managing the new business pipeline effectively, conducting outreach support for new prospects where necessary
  • Monitoring and updating the agency’s CRM tool
  • Helping manage and deliver the agency’s Awards strategy and entries
  • Preparing research on prospects and their industries, keeping up to date on marketing and agency news and developments
  • Conducting outreach for existing brand clients looking for promotional partners

About you

  • Existing agency experience (minimum 2 years in a similar marketing/business development support role) with the ability to demonstrate how your efforts have contributed to successful new business initiatives
  • Strong interest in business development, brand campaigns and the agency landscape
  • Experience in Entertainment and Sport marketing preferable but not essential
  • Confident in communicating with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Can manage Social Media accounts
  • Highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic
  • Great written English
