Brand Culture are a uniquely creative promotions and partnerships agency that uses cultural passion points to light up the path to purchase.
From orchestrating international shopper campaigns across 40+ markets to identifying and negotiating multi-million-dollar brand & entertainment partnership campaigns, Brand Culture are one of the leading agencies in their field with an enviable client roster and a truly international reach.
We have been working with Universal Pictures for 8 years as their go-to brand partnerships and promotions agency across the UK and Europe. More recently, we’ve been working with DreamWorks, another division of the NBC network.
For both clients, we’re tasked with seeking out and negotiating ground-breaking promotional campaigns, that are designed to drive interest and awareness (and sometimes revenue) around their blockbuster cinematic movie releases and critically-acclaimed TV series’.
A rare opportunity has become available for a Partnerships Manager to join the team, working across both accounts.

NBCUniversal owns and operates a valuable portfolio of news and entertainment television networks, a premier motion picture company, significant television production operations, a leading television stations group, world-renowned theme parks, and a suite of leading Internet-based businesses.
Universal Pictures are responsible for the marketing and box office success of all theatrical releases in the UK. Key titles for 2019 / 2020 include The Addams Family, Trolls: World Tour and Minions: The Rise of Gru.
DreamWorks TV, a division of DreamWorks Animation develop and distribute critically-acclaimed animated content across premium and free-to-air TV/streaming platforms. Key titles for 2019 / 2020 include Fast & Furious: Spy Racers, Jurassic Park: Camp Cretaceous, and She-Ra & the Princesses of Power.
JOB SPEC:
The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of film and/or entertainment-led brand partnerships and promotional marketing, along with demonstrable experience of identifying, negotiating and delivering significant blue-chip brand partnerships / promotional licenses.
Working closely with a team of like-minded partnership experts, guided by the agency’s Partnerships Director, the candidate will thrive in pitching theatrical film and TV partnership ideas via the phone, email and meetings.
In addition to demonstrating strong account handling skills learned over a period of 2-3 years, the successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to negotiate at various levels within an organisation.
While a good network of brand marketing contacts is preferable but not essential, experience in cross-channel promotions including shopper marketing, digital and ATL is a must.
