Remy Martin’s branded content film

Here’s a great way of reinforcing how long it takes to create your rather special – and expensive – cognac.

Remy Martin have partnered with actor John Malkovich and director Robert Rodriguez to make a film – ‘100 Years – The Movie You Will Never See.’

While we can watch teaser content from the film together with behind the scenes footage and interviews with Malkovich and Rodriguez, no-one will actually get to see the film until its 2115 – yes, 2115 – premiere.

Until then, the film will be locked in a specially built safe at the House of Louis III in Cognac. 1000 people from around the world have been invited to give their descendants the chance to see the movie at the Domaine du Grollet in Cognac, France on 18 November, 100 years from now.

The Emperor’s New Clothes? Perhaps, and we certainly won’t be around to find out. But for the here and now, we think it’s a pretty fun idea that’s been well delivered.
